1.2 - In referring to the terms and conditions below, you should be aware that the terms 'you', 'the customer', 'viewer' or 'visitor' refers to you the user and to potential customers or anyone participating in or consuming any of the activities or services covered by the following terms and conditions, and that the terms 'We' or 'Cotswold Classics Ltd' refers to the company trading under the aforementioned name, and to its affiliates, employees and agents.

1.3 - If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then please leave the website now.

2.1 - The Cotswold Classics website allows visitors to view a selected list of our current stock, containing information on price, specification and features, as well as providing a reference guide for shipping costs and providing contact details for our offices and staff. Although we are advertising Products on the site, there is no system for online purchase, and all purchases must be negotiated and finalised via email or telephone correspondence with a member of staff.

3.1 - Details of our prices for the Products, and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on our website.

3.2 - All prices displayed for goods advertised on this site are correct at time of display. These prices do not include delivery charges. Cotswold Classics Ltd reserves the right to alter the prices of our Products subject to requirement. We will inform you if a Product's correct price is higher than that stated on the website, although we do endeavour to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are correct.

3.3 - For an estimated quote for delivery, please contact our office directly or check the Shipping section of our website. All delivery cost guides displayed on our website are estimates only, and may vary according to factors such as location and time of delivery. Cotswold Classics Ltd, will arrange an amount payable for delivery, as well as an estimated timescale for delivery prior to the Product's delivery to the customer's specified address.

3.4 - If the Product displayed online is unavailable, we will let you know and advise you of your options accordingly, should you enquire after this Product.

3.6 - You agree that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods or services which may be offered by us on our website will be correct, that the credit or debit card, or any electronic monetary transfer, which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any goods or services.

6.1 - You are entitled to return any products you have purchased from Cotswold Classics Ltd within 7 working days after receiving the Product. You must state your intention to return the Product in writing, including email or fax, and must take care to ensure that the Product is kept in a safe and saleable condition, complete with any additional components. You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the Product to us, unless we specify otherwise. If you wish us to collect the Product from you, this can be arranged, and the subsequent costs will be deducted from your refund.

(b) To you at either the email or postal address you provide to us.

Notice will be deemed received when an email is received in full (or else on the next business day if it is received on a weekend or a public holiday in the place of receipt) or 3 days after the date of posting.

These terms and conditions are valid and replace any other terms and conditions previously applicable to our website and the advertising and sale of the Products listed therein.
